HPE partners:
Accommodation fee is included in the registration fee (1900€). 4 nights: 14, 15, 16, 17 March 2016 - single occupancy. Any extras (additional nights, phone calls, minibar charges and other services) must be settled with the hotel upon departure.

All other delegates:
Accommodation fee is NOT included in the registration package. Accommodation fee and any extras (phone calls, minibar charges and other services) must be settled with the hotel upon departure.

Please be aware that this information will be kept on a secure website. We will not disclose your credit card details to any third parties, unless we have to take action upon failure of payment.

HPE partners: 
Payment is due upon completion of the event registration. In case of short term registration our agency will ensure that all payment information is available prior to the event start.
Participation in an event is subject to full advance payment.
In case of non-payment prior to the event start, the registration will be cancelled and the right to participate will expire.

NEW Terms and Conditions of cancellation Policy for partners

If you need to reduce your length of stay or cancel the number of nights you have booked, the following cancellation policy will apply, except if the rooms are re-sold:

Prior to 10 February 2016 - No hotel cancellation fee payable
Between 10 February 2016 and 29 February 2016 - 50% hotel cancellation fee payable
Between 1 March 2016 and the start of the event - 100% hotel cancellation fee payable

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to TES_agency@inviteo.fr

All delegates traveling to France must present an approved travel document (passport or identity card) and delegates from many countries may require a visa to enter the country.
Delegates are encouraged to apply for visas early enough (at least two months before departure), and to ensure all requested documentation is submitted with the application.

A request for a visa letter of invitation can be submitted during registration. Visa letters will only be provided when full payment has been received & all visa letter information has been submitted via the registration process.
